What's Included: All prices include protecting home with blankets, sealing off work area with plastic, demo, wall removal, installing beam in ceiling, attaching joists with joist hangers, trash/debris removal, cleanup, and our LIFETIME transferable structural warranty covered by a $2,000,000 insurance policy. We also carry worker's comp.

Not Included: Finish out: HVAC, electric, plumbing, sheetrock, tape/bed, trim, texture, paint, etc. These services can be quoted separately.
